Pros

Fun group of people to work with, good camaraderie between employees, employees are hungry to learn and grow. Lots of opportunity to learn and move up, both within the company and the industry, in a short period of time.

Cons

Frustrating lack of overall company direction, focus, and leadership. Little decisions result in major frustrations. High turnover. Employees are not happy with management.

You learn a lot at a very rapid rate. Team is friendly and fun to be around overall.

Management needs to be more involved. Provide employees with a sense of direction and make them feel wanted/appreciated
