Pros

Their compensation structure is decent however what they don't tell you is when you first start out they will keep you in training for about 6+ months. Anyone you put to work you do not get paid on until you "graduate" or is a direct hire. I would say another pro would be some key word some of the people who work there. There is a hand full who truly care about you and value you as a person.

Cons

Favoritism is at an all time high. If one of the veterans do not like you for whatever reason you can consider yourself gone. Some people are given more resources to use then others but yet still expected to hit the same goals which to me does not make sense. The training is awful. You are taught one way and one way only but are always encouraged to think outside the box. However, when you do it is then frowned upon? If you are struggling you are encouraged to ask for help but when doing so there is no one to help you. Instead they let you dig yourself into a hole that you eventually will not be able to get out of and once that happens they will let you go for the most ridiculous reason.

Blue Chip Talent Response

At Blue Chip Talent, we do our best to always provide great leadership, tools and opportunities to everyone we interact with, from candidates to clients to our own team members. It’s important to us that we breed a high level of quality and competitiveness throughout the company so that we can stand out as one of the best in the industry. Striving for excellence takes a dynamic process that requires some give and take. We do our best to make our expectations clear and known while also providing the help necessary to exceed those expectations. We are always looking for ways to improve our training, our communications, and our service so we will certainly share these comments with our leaders. We greatly appreciate the user’s feedback and their service. - Nicole Pawczuk, CEO

Pros

Coworkers were good to me and looked out for eachother. Receptionist was a pleasure to work with. Can't think of anything else.

Cons

Management was horrible, not open to change for improvement which is needed to succeed and provide growth in both revenue and overall operations.

Pros

N/A - I don't feel like this blank needs to be filled in.

Cons

I honestly find it hilarious that they continue to reply to each review posted with a fluffed up response to try and hide the truth about what's actually going on internally: "We realize this line of work can be difficult at times, so that’s why we try our best to create plentiful opportunities of appreciation, cooperation, learning, and celebration to ease the daily challenges of an effort-intensive industry. " Obviously this line of work isn't easy, I don't think that continuously needs to be said. We all get that. Additionally, I'm glad reviews are shared with leadership, but let's be honest, they will do nothing to fix the important issues at hand and those are all surrounding how they treat their past and current employees. Who is going to tell the CEO that she needs to stop telling her employees they are overweight and making them feel bad about themselves? Or walking around the office daily threatening peoples jobs because she thinks it's fun? I know the President isn't going to do anything because they are married and vibe off of each other's rudeness. I pray that one day they actually do take people's words and feedback into consideration. It would be way more useful than telling their employees to post positive reviews to mask the negative ones.
