I honestly find it hilarious that they continue to reply to each review posted with a fluffed up response to try and hide the truth about what's actually going on internally:
"We realize this line of work can be difficult at times, so that’s why we try our best to create plentiful opportunities of appreciation, cooperation, learning, and celebration to ease the daily challenges of an effort-intensive industry. "
Obviously this line of work isn't easy, I don't think that continuously needs to be said. We all get that. Additionally, I'm glad reviews are shared with leadership, but let's be honest, they will do nothing to fix the important issues at hand and those are all surrounding how they treat their past and current employees.
Who is going to tell the CEO that she needs to stop telling her employees they are overweight and making them feel bad about themselves? Or walking around the office daily threatening peoples jobs because she thinks it's fun? I know the President isn't going to do anything because they are married and vibe off of each other's rudeness.
I pray that one day they actually do take people's words and feedback into consideration. It would be way more useful than telling their employees to post positive reviews to mask the negative ones.
