Pros
Phenomenal customer service experience. Great place to gain employee management experience, operations management, cost management, and property management. Always busy and every day presents a new challenge to problem solve through.
Cons
There is a low ceiling. You can grow as a professional due to the environment and wide differences in customer base, but it only has one location, and only so much you can advance towards. It requires weekend work, overnight on occasion, and is outdoors. A 70 hour work week is the normal.
