      As with most companies there are good people here.

      Cons

      They fired mist of the low performance store managers shortly after acquisition of live mobile. Then enticed new managers to take low salaries with earning seller commission and store commission. When all the stores were re-staffed they removed the seller commission and changed the store commission so you must be perfect and meet or exceed all goals to earn any kind of decent money. And if you want to earn what you did prior to comp change you you must triple sales.
