      Lots of opportunities for growth

      Pros

      - Mentorship: Easy to seek guidance and mentorship from senior engineers - Collaboration: The office has an open-floor plan which makes the office feel more connected and lets you speak with other teams more easily - Opportunities: Supervisors are receptive to your ideas and are ready to assign challenging tasks if you're willing to take them on - Transparency: Senior management is approachable and welcoming to your suggestions - Fun events: Events are frequently hosted both in and out of office, they're always a fun way to connect with coworkers outside of work! - Snack/drink carts are all over the office, and lunch is provided daily!

      Cons

      - Although the company doesn't normally offer remote work options for full-time employees, I personally find the office environment more enjoyable and conducive to productivity. Nonetheless, supervisors are often accommodating on a case-by-case basis if you do need to take your work home

      Pros

      snacks and beverages, massage chair, clear communication and expectations, easy to ask questions and get help (even after being "done" with training), a feeling of being a part of something big and meaningful

      Cons

      some work difficult to do from home so must go into the office

      Glad you like the perks...Didn't see "lunch provided daily" up there though. ;-) Yes, some of the work is difficult to do from home and unfortunately, many things can't be done at all working from home. We do the best we can. Thanks for working through the challenges.

      Pros

      The contracts and programs at Blue Marble are always exciting and challenging. The company has been very supportive of investing money into internal research and development which gives the engineering team opportunity to create leading edge technology.

      Cons

      Requires a lot of work. Typically beyond the normal 9-5

      Thank you for the feedback. Everyone's efforts at Blue Marble are greatly appreciated. It has taken a good amount of going above and beyond by most of us to get to where we are but it's paid off. We've been able to present outstanding, mature, advanced products to the industry and we're getting some serious traction and respect. Your sacrifices are paying off and we're in a good place. Staff grew 73% in 2021 and we'll keep growing resulting in much better workloads. I'm thankful for all you do.
