Pros
Good clients, benefits and health coverage, you learn a lot - great experience and mentorship. Employees work very hard.
Cons
Experienced workplace toxicity and bullying + gossip on a daily basis, was worse than high school. A mentally draining environment to work in. Overworked and underpaid. Seems like senior level employees were aware of this dynamic but turned a blind eye, although some engaged in this behaviour.

Full benefits with One Medical that don't get deducted from your paycheck
Cons
The boss's expect so much from you, with little to no thanks in return. The job is belittling and unrewarding, and the pay is barely enough to survive in New York.
