Great place to work, great brands and clients

Pros

Everyone I work with is super smart, a hard worker, and a good friend. People do a lot socially together and it's an environment where people care about each other. The clients I get to work with are really sharp and work for great, national brands with products that I personally like to buy.

Cons

The agency workload can be intense at times, but isn't that how it is at most agencies?

Pros

Fast-paced environment with tremendous clients. Everyone in the company is respectful and good at what they do. Small enough company to know everyone, yet starting to grow as more clients come in.

Cons

Some segregation and lack of communication between digital channels. Management does not seem to like change as much as they should.
