The leaderships are terrible and totally unprepared to lead the team, rushing the team all the time, and never giving appropriate briefing about the work. Its being annoying, passing by this problems everyday. They give us multi function, making the daily process much longer and inefficient.

Decently easy job, chill environment, cool co -workers, pays the bills

Cons

They try to make you compete with other employees, you also can’t sit and you can’t have your phone on you if that is something you care to have, management has its issues, don’t expect to move up in the company unless you know someone high up

Free coffee. Hand sanitizer readily available.

Cons

They’ll expect you to know their internal processes magically with zero training. Also if you ask for feedback you’ll either get no response or one that will likely confuse you even more.
