Pros

100% paid health/dental/vision insurance - though the options are not great and copay + deductible is still high 20 days PTO (sick days are included in this) pay is not bad

Cons

company has been bought out (including a new CEO that has no supply chain experience) and instead of investing in employees brought in a multitude of new executives who do not have a solid direction. There are no defined goals for achieving success and bonus structures are given half way through the year. New HR is doing little to nothing for current employees and instead focusing only on hiring more executives and employees. No bonus has been received in the 3 years working for the company though they continue to experience record breaking profits.

Pros

No redeeming qualities whatsoever. Your best day will be your last day, the sense of relief after you no longer work here could last for months!

Cons

Yoghurt has more culture than Blue Ridge. Leadership is a revolving door of under qualified individuals that realize the dumpster fire they joined, and are either fired or resign months after starting. Toxic culture of consistent fire fighting, people working nights and weekends while openly “bragging” about how much time they put in fixing things in off hours. Compensation is awful, benefits are substandard. The company doesn’t even celebrate many US national holidays (or give you time off) like Martin Luther King Jr. day. Good luck being able to take some of that “unlimited” time off without being questioned on your commitment to the organization. Customers can be downright belligerent and the organization tolerates it.
