Serious issues with company values… going downhill since the CEO switch
Pros
-you get PTO and benefits are nice -lots of cute things to buy with a discount from the shops -coworkers are mostly really nice and fun
Cons
-pay. -racist and homophobic comments from management and coworkers. Manager does not hire people who look a certain way (man who was wearing nail polish, woman with shaved head and LGBT+) which is completely illegal. :( -hours switch every week and weekend shifts are rough -donation system makes no sense. forced to take everything from people then throw it all away, wasting time and money -made me take my pride rainbow pin off?! -changed the dress code with ridiculous standards. Said word for word- “no RADICAL hair colors such as blue or green” … i- -short handed with very little help in the thrift stores. Pay your workers! no one is going to apply and take your job offer when you don’t pay anything compared to other stores.
