Pros

Only pro is the day you quit this place

Cons

For starters, all of the reviews pretty much sum up what I want to say. -Your paychecks WILL bounce & you’ll be forced to wait up to a week after your payday for it to clear… these people had the nerve to offer to loan me money because my check bounced… loan money from MY own check. -Toxic work environment -Severly understaffed … and staff retention is no bueno, cause no one with sense stays here longer than a month. -Mismanaged, from the top down. -Owners are cheap af. Will cut corners, and like someone else said, they will resell something a customer left behind. -I’ve personally never been yelled at, but I have witnessed him yell at & berate staff. They genuinely don’t see anything wrong w/ demeaning their staff. The Ghomans are morally corrupt & not to mention, facially challenged and creepy towards women… -You will be underpaid for how much work you have to do, and trust me, you will be overworked. The list goes on, and the other reviewers go pretty In depth. I don’t know how this place is still running. The bouncing paychecks are the biggest issue, that is a HUGE red flag and signals deep financial issues within this company. These people need to be investigated, (and jailed) and I suggest you stay away. Seriously. Don’t FAFO.

Pros

No pros for working there. Only pro is the managers who will try there hardest to work with you. Unfortunately, the people above them give them no support and are disrespectful.

Cons

They treat everyone with disrespect. The Owners are rude and will threaten you with unemployment and will degrade you. Multiple times I've witnessed them fire and make people quit because of this. You'll come in everyday on eggshells thinking you'll be fired for small things. They'll seem nice to you at first and it will change right after. Plus, you will have no idea what kind of benefits you receive. They give you no information of any kind. That's a hazard since you should be required to disclose benefits you provide in your workplace.
