You get to work with some good clients.

Cons

They wont' respect your job agreement and behave with you like you are a slave... They forced me to serve a Notice period of More than 1 month however as mentioned in my Joining letter it was 1 month only... Finally I had to request client to release me as per my Notice period with BRT, however even after that BRT management didn't clear my dues... I had to fight like anything and after almost 4 months I got my dues partially cleared... On top of that even after sending them 10+ mails, they never sent me F&F statement and tax deduction statements. They blocked my 2 months salary and released only 1 month salary in name of F&F statement. Now the management is unreachable and I'm really clueless if I should proceed legally on this. The F&F payment that I received is almost 1 Lac lesser than it was expected... It's the worst company I ever worked for...

Worst Employee Management, Its a TRAP

Environment is fine. Everything is good, until you planned to move another company.

Cons

1. No proper client project management, 2. HR policy never considering by management, 3. If you are leaving BRT, they won't give your last month Salary(1 or 2 months). They won't consider their former employee's future, 4. Once you planned to leave, they treat you like a slave, 5. No one reply your mails and calls, If you are leaved and waiting for your F&F and further documents. 7. Also they blam lot on you. Simply a BIG trap for your future on IT.

1 Its a trap and you will regret joining here in very short time. 2 After you resign you will see a different face from management they will mentally harrass you. 3 They will not give experience letter. 4 They will not give you full settlement amount until you call send mail everyday. 5 I got my settlement amount after four months. its 120 days of time. 6 Management will be happy only when you lose the job and suffer in pain 7 They are the worst human being in the planet when you get job offer. 8 They will not allow you anytime to join our client if you are working their if you join then you will see the harrassment. you better be jobless
