      Great place to start your career, but move on after that

      Pros

      - Variety of projects to get involved in. - Beginners will learn a variety of skills quickly. - Very talented developers to learn under, and work with - Company is young still, and so tech choices remain current (mostly)

      Cons

      - The business they acquire have very little to do with their main focus, which is "finding solution for their customers in the cloud" - As a result, very difficult to focus on a career path, since projects are so different - Too focused on bottom line. Dispute over compensation never resolved. - Management only recently learning to focus on employees first, business second

      Pros

      Fantastic people! Lots of opportunity in the AWS and IoT space. A young and energetic company attracting young and energetic employees to work on young and new tech.

      Cons

      A few growing pains but that’s normal. Takes too long to make decisions at times.
