I was given offer latter & I was supposed to join Bluestar after serving notice period in other organization. In between, company has withdrawn my offer latter citing reason of revenue shortfall & cash flow issue during lockdown. Due to bluestar, I remained unemployed as I have left current organization & bluestar had withdrawn offer latter. I feel that it was my worst decision to join highly unorganized company like bluestar.

Management Politics Any time You will be asked to Leaved HR And HR policy is fake as HR is biased & Listen to senior complaining More then Performance Employee need Boot licking capability For College Graduate this is worst company to work for No Accountability as any time your 1 year performance data is deleted and you will be out of incentive and can be asked to leave.
