It's a good learning environment (if you survive). Colleagues are pleasant and highly competent.
Cons
Management is toxic, secretive, dishonest and do not care about staff or customers. Short term thinking prevails, no long term goals exist. Yes-men advance while anyone who is truthful to management will suffer for it. The fact that the ridiculous five star reviews are written by management underscores their level of dishonesty.
Far too many products exist given the small technical team size.
Good team of engineers/developers/support/etc.
Galway is a great place to be based, nice vibe, friendly.
Cons
No clear communication to team on goals or strategy.
No proper reviews, no feedback or advice to developers.
No clear career path for developers.
Constantly changing priorities to fight fires, but never changing the way their products are developed, tested, & released.
