      The people are great. Clients are great.

      Cons

      Salary is low for industry. Leadership is too political. Moving up the ladder is too slow a process.

      Ron Blue is a wonderful place to work full of employees who genuinely care about you outside of just how you can serve the company.

      Cons

      They take a long time training you, but it’s because they want to make sure you master each task before moving on to the next.
