We agree that our people are great, and are thankful for every person who chooses to build their career with us. Our goal is to increase opportunities for the next generation of leaders in the firm to grow and advance. We’ve implemented such tools as defined career paths, leadership roundtables, professional development plans, continuing education, tuition reimbursement, paid time off to study for professional designation tests, and annual training events. We strongly believe the growth and development of our employees is paramount to our success, and will continue to explore additional ways to provide these opportunities.
