Pros

Plenty of foot traffic and leads due to the balance system style training packages. Very little sales work on the trainer. Pay is fair, especially without pressure from management trying to get you to make sales or generate leads. Overall a laid back environment to get plenty of personal training experience. You're paychecks are taxed so no worries about tax season. No noncompete.

Cons

A lot of one off sessions due to the same balance system but this cannot be helped. No floor hours which makes it hard to make this a full time gig.
