      The people are awesome. I got promoted pretty quickly. I loved the fun environment, games music and travel opp.

      No cons. The leadership skills I learned helped me find my current position as a sports marketing specialist.

      All the people are enthusiastic and supportive especially the management team. This is a company that cares about the people first. The Blue Wave team focuses on personal and professional development.

      Cons

      Every day there is a new thing to learn, you must be ready to become a student and be prepared to work hard. The job is simple but not easy.

      Growth with in the company. Coworkers are awesome. Atmosphere is great. Everyone is really nice and helpful. You learn alot not only about this company, but about yourself too
