      Pros

      Nice pieces of jewellery. Some nice customers. Some were regular customers.

      Cons

      Owners did not care about staff or their customers. Money orientated. Had some very upset customers who had had poor feedback from owners or had no feedback at all over a few weeks. All shops have CCTV installed and you are monitored whilst the shops are open so you feel you are constantly being watched., even in the staff room(store room) Would not recommend anyone to work for them. High turnover of staff due to the way they were treated.

      Customers lovely stores bright customers nice

      Rude owners more training than needed. Does not listen to staff who have experience in sales. I Targets unrealistic. High turnover of staff no wonder. Negative vibes from owners. Beware you need to push add ins and products customers don’t really want. Bad refund policy staff not allowed to use there own discretion. No feedback after training. Terrible company Never in all my experience of working life have I ever come across such rude employers come into the shop and ignore you very bad.

      I enjoyed my time at Blue Wing

      Pros

      I worked for Blue Wing while I as studying at Falmouth University last year. I learned a lot and it was enjoyable experience for me. This was only temporary role for 9 months for me and sadly I moved back home after. I hope I work for Blue Wing again if I go back to live in Cornwall.

      Cons

      It was sometimes hard to focus on work during my exams but I have been supported by my supervisor and get through fine.
