Pros
They are aware of a lot of the problems and were trying to improve when I left. Agile teams are a great way to work
Cons
One of the project managers is sexist and mysoginistic, and generally aggressive. He never contributed much and was bad at estimating time needed for projects, which can have a very stressful impact on small teams. Worked there over a year and didn't get a salary review.
