      the MD is not at all good ,he thinks that by paying you some money he is simply buying you & for him you are just living robot that's it He simply says *Don't go home until you complete XYZ task*

      Pros

      you get to learn an applications whole lifecycle and being the singular player on multiple projects does provide perspective and gets you to understand how your clientel operates on the most basic level. Best job for a fresher as every learning material and assistance is provided impromptu

      Cons

      time management when being designated with a project and then no modern task boarding was at that point of time which made working cross beyond 12hrs for all working days.
