      There is no reason now to join this company.

      Cons

      1. Salary don't come on time. Some time it due for up-to 3 month's. 2. Don't give increment on time. 3. I left company and also serve the notice period. But they cut some part of my salary with no reason. 4. Work pressure too much. 5. They change rule any time as there profit. Not even think about employee.

      Once upon a time there was nice work environment . But now in days its spoiled.

      Cons

      Do not except salary on time. Also if you are a senior employee did't expect any kind of respect from here.
