      It’s a good business model and that’s all.

      Cons

      Do not even think about working here. Previous employees have mentioned they would rather be homeless than work here. Management with sorely lacking emotional intelligence.

      Unfortunately we have identified that this review along with reviews on the 18th and 28th July are the same individual who has decided to create multiple email addresses to log in to Glassdoor and create bogus reviews. This is very unfortunate as we are always keen to utilise a system like Glassdoor that has honest reviews. It would not be acceptable practice to confirm the reasons behind the individuals motives as they were subject to disciplinary proceedings within our organisation.

      Micro management to the extreme. Bullying. High turnover of staff. Very uncomfortable place to work. No HR

      working within a very structured process which supports their teams and engineers and has great company benefits and flexible working practices
