      Best Career Decision Ever -Was to Leave

      If I could find one - proximity would be only one.

      Cons

      New mgmt changed this company to be a toxic environment. Colleagues throwing others under the bus to save their own skin. Constant upper mgmt playing the blame game to their subordinates, always belittling each other. Starts at the top and just trickles down, like an avalanche engulfing everyone. Best thing was to leave, never looked back, probably got 3-4 life years back after leaving. Really feel bad for those still in the trenches, some day they will see there are other decent companies out there, much, much better.

      Long Work Hours Low Pay

      You can wear jeans to work.

      50 people in the accounting department sat in a large room with no privacy and no divider walls between desks and worked. Items were constantly missing from my desk. I was paid $50,000 a year for a staff accountant job and I had to work many many free hours of overtime!

      There are no pros!! Every thing I liked about the job when I worked there was slowly taken away every year when they would “ restructure pay” and change and lessen benefits to the point of $10,000 out of pocket then insurance might pay... Sad

      Cons

      This is a very large company. Most companies take care of their employees. Every year the earnings/ incentives have decreased, working twice as hard as the year before to earn LESS EVERY YEAR!!! BENEFITS???? They are terrible!! Out of pocket of $10,000 before the insurance THEY TRIED TO SELL US will pay for anything!!! (Medical) Dental- to have wisdom teeth pulled it will cost $7,000 out of pocket. THIS IS DISGRACEFUL!!
