Company culture is friendly, professional and personable. Nearly all employees are customer-facing so they all communicate with each other and support each other in that effort. Run like a small business with wholesome small business ideals continually valued. Nearly zero corporate politics while still maintaining corporate standards of excellence and professionalism. Management is flexible with leave time especially in cases of emergency if they know you strive to do your best work and are reasonable. Team will often have Friday lunches for special occasions and a few events throughout the year as well. I am a fan of where I work, if we had merchandise I'd probably wear it often. Office is also dog-friendly.
