Unlimited snacks. Company itself seems to be growing.

Retention rate. Extremely high HR turnover due to lack of structure.

Not great.

Pros

Great concept and customers are very pleasant.

Cons

No supervision and an overall lack of management on a local level at our location. Procedures are nonexistent. It is a regular free for all with those who are considered managers and should be providing supervision. They are doing whatever they want and only coming to work when they feel like it because they are working elsewhere at the same time and nobody seems to care and there is nobody watching over them. No customer contact to assist our workers. No career potential.

Great PPO and work culture

There aren’t many cons, besides being a smaller company.
