Pros

- You can work literally from anywhere. The managers don’t care whether I’m at my house or working at the beach in the Philippines. Because the company is results-oriented, it suits up perfectly. - Pushing you to grow physically and mentally. The CEOs are seriously beasts. Posting workouts on a daily basis, pushing the team to train by themselves as well. We have coffee time with different managers to learn different stuff and to catch up. As a team we’re trying to get better by being close to the truth and looking at our results, seeing with our own eyes what we need to get better on, and what we’re already good at. - Giving opportunities to level up in your own department The C-Suite & Managers encourage you to see what you can do more at what you already love / In some times, it’s important to see what you can do to help in another department. Because the culture is directed to growth, people are always welcoming intraprenuership and open for new ideas. There wasn’t one time when I asked for a call with a high manager & C-suite and didn’t get the chance to show my ideas. - You execute fast in here The mentality in here is to move fast. Once you want to get on with a task, it doesn’t have to take you a quarter (Depends on the task of course). BlueThrone really nails that one and makes the company to grow fast (Doubled the number of employees this year). Myself - I love the mentality and it got me better at not procrastinating. - Lastly, C-suite & Managers are fully transparent (With respect ofc) From the start, we’ve been told that everyone is transparent in here and it’s a value that they preach. Hard conversation are important about developing and moving forward. Good words are always being pointed at each other and a lot of good praising. - Everyone is extremely friendly and the workflow is great

Cons

It’s hard to ALWAYS do a good job while working from home. It takes a lot of Discipline & Motivation to stay a beast at what you do. Myself I had bad days and it’s understandable, they don’t expect you to be at your best 100% of the time, but it can be hard. There are tasks and team meetings, but you need to be your own boss honestly. - You have to face the truth and your results. We’re sending weekly dashboards about what happened each week in terms of our key KPIs, and sometimes it’s hard to face it you didn’t do a good job... The managers are here to help and push you forward, to be listeners and to coach forward, but I’ll admit it - It’s hard for some people always to be results oriented. I had a hard time with it myself, but now I’m much better with it. - Can be hard for some people to move fast
