Pros

My team was supportive, albeit the leadership on my team contributed to empty promises of advancement and perks

Cons

- GM runs a culture of fear: dept heads are scared to ask for help/resources/advocate for their employees; tells leadership to keep retreats a secret because they don’t fund other programs like donations and bonuses claiming they can’t afford it, yet management is flown around the country 4 times a year for 10k dinners and golf and ski trips - HR is unprofessional - I was told several times not to discuss my salary with colleagues which is ILLEGAL ; in my exit interview I was told specifics about dept communication and colleagues would be confidential, and I heard third party less than 24 hours later that my comments were shared specifically with my supervisor - Salaried employees are micromanaged and questioned about their time working, quantity is more important than quality and burn out is very common

Pros

Great perks and benefits if you have time to use them. A really cool brand with some of the best people on the ground.

Cons

Some of the worst leadership I have ever experienced. You would think the CEO would take a hint by now. He is the common denominator. If only the parent company knew how he spent his time, company money, and treated his own team. If you want to feel small, berated, overworked and underpaid this must be the place.
