Pros
I've always had great jobs my entire life. I've never had a job I didn't like - but Bluebird is SPECIAL. While most of my job responsibilities are the same as those other jobs, Bluebird is different, and is hands down the best job I've ever had. Every day we get to take care of people. We get to make a difference in our resident's lives while having fun doing it. We have a great team. The co-workers are unbelievable. They're great and make coming to work fun and enjoyable. We're a big family, helping take care of our family.
Cons
I love our staff and couldn't be prouder of them and the job they do day in and day out. I can't really think of any cons. Bluebird is a great place to be!
