Great potential to move up the ranks if you keep your head down and build valuable relationships with different people in the office as well as caring for a relationship with management and meeting goals

Cons

Environment isnt quite the best, open plan office. So, a lot of people constantly.

Amazing apprentice manager. Interesting clients.

Cons

Aggressive culture where other engineers will take your ticket and claim the statistics of closing it. All performance statistic based. As soon as your apprenticeship ends they will sack you. Nobody stays more than a year. Clear racism and sexism from senior staff.
