Pros

There is Nothing much of a pro in Bluedale Group of Companies / Bluedale Media. The only thing that will keep you going is the strong willed staffs.

Cons

Basically the owner's are the type who says we pay you - you listen. Tends to portray to be good religious people but they are far from it. From verbally and mentally abusing the staffs even to degrading the clients infront of their faces. They can even say out loud how messed up your family is which suppose to be a confidential matter in interviews. Such a messed up place. Would call you back in the office to work during lunch yet you still have to come back to work on time (no extension or compensation) They'll feed you with their rotten fruits and etc. Funny thing, the boss force staff to bring potluck, yet the boss didnt even bring any single bit. just force staff to bring food to feed them. Fact: Even though job is 9 - 6pm, even though u finish your job on Time even to leave at 6.15 is a no no to them. Boss would even set a meeting at 7.30pm this is a no life workplace. The boss will verbally call everyone rubbish when he infect is the rubbish. That is why turnover is high. Ppl go MIA after one day or in the afternoon. They also wont let you work independently. All emails are sync to them, there's a mic above head, such trust issues too. Would not recommend this place.

Not everyone’s cup of tea

Pros

Organised system in place. Great, helpful, friendly colleagues.

Cons

No work life balance. Not allowed to go back at 6pm even if you’re done for the day. But even how late you end the day, you need to start work at 9am. Staff turnover is absurdly high. Benefits not great. Salary low. Sales staffs hardly go out but sit in & do cold calls/follow ups mostly like a telemarketer. Every little thing is tracked & monitored closely. And I personally feel that too much time is taken up updating to do list daily which can be channeled to more productive work in growing the company.

False statement on timing. No one is prevented from leaving at 6pm. Only underperformed staff has this issue

Pros

the staff there are quite nice , and very helpful and willing to do so. Can get employeed easily, but no one wants to be go there, even if u dont trust me u will leave after joining it.

Cons

boss owner is unable to convey his wants, and blames employees although followed his detailed instruction. racism and direct swearing at employees from owner. wont have time for life or family, owner wants to complete give all time in world to work for his company.
