Pros
Freedom to do the work how we wanted to do it. Lots of support. Named a great place to work and they walk the talk.
Cons
We had to hold ourselves accountable for results. Not necessarily a negative if you don’t mind being responsible.

- Thought leadership opportunities, leadership is always looking for new ideas for new services and ways to obtain new clients - Supportive culture will help answer questions and put you on the right path - High autonomy with accountability
Cons
- It's possible to get stretched too thin. Just make sure you always ask for help, it's always there. - Getting the team you need can be hard when everyone is busy. The freelance bench and new hires continues to grow.
