Pros

I have spent a lot of my professional life in startups and Bluedot is a very distinct place to be in. A clear vision and precise execution with an unrelenting focus on perfection made Bludot successful. The culture is very infectious as people have a lot of freedom to change things for the better. The management was not scared to try new things at very challenging times. The product has really been built with commitment and passion for setting new standards. A very customer focused and innovation-driven company.

Cons

-Super fast software release cycles in some cases led to technical debt -Slow to let go of poor performers

Pros

- Cofounders are great guys: transparent, friendly with staff and engaged at all levels of the business. - Amazing technology which really delivers what it promises. - Great start-up working culture. - Innovation is more than just a word - ample opportunity to implement your best ideas and not just follow someone else's.

Cons

- Unwillingness to address poor performance in some team members can lead to demoralising levels of pressure on others. Be willing to make hard decisions sometimes for the long-term good of the team. - Promised employee shares were too little, too late. Even a well-intentioned incentive turns into a negative if it's promised and not delivered for months.
