Insurance very good. Company pays most.

Cons

Manager is micro manager. He is real bad has meetings ever day to tell team how bad they our. Worst place I worked and been to n biz for years. Many people our looking to leave. Over works supervisor/work horse and sales people. Not enough leads and has friends from past jobs who get others fired even if you do your job better.

The employees I work directly with, we are a team, but bonded by our circumstances

Cons

The top leadership is "greed-ership". There is no leadership; more concerned about the big lottery ticket paying out than the employees. lack of respect on the second and third leader level for the top level leadership-CEO and COO. people are staying for wrong reason, like me, incentive shares. I will hopefully be writing a positive feedback experience once I join a new company.

Cons

Poor process management, exaggerating the reality, the same group that moves from one company to another. Some lawsuits are buried through skilled marketing. Promotes that can be done with any but there are a number of limitations. Some clients are very unhappy. Very poor lead system.
