Pros

Food discount. Meet a lot of people since mgmt is always changing

Cons

Smoke and mirrors. Turnover rate is extremely high for a reason. If you enjoy being scared to make one mistake with managers who will lie and be out to get you then this is the job for you. They are a company built on “family” but treat their employees like dirt. The anonymous HR portal was shut down because employees were reporting incidents and they didn’t want to deal with it anymore. The regional manager even told us if we have something to report then we need to say it to their face rather than submitting “lies” in a portal.
