Pros

They are very nice and seem to be readily available.

Cons

They don't seem to be in the loop with Microsoft's decisions and plans for contracts as they were always surprised when my coworker's contracts were termed. They claim to keep former employees in mind when new contracts become available, but I haven't heard of anyone being placed in another position or even contacted to interview for one.

Pros

Benefits are great, but only while you're filling in a dedicated role for them! Christmas parties are great? Nice hardware provided even if only short-term!

Cons

Typical concubine shop, they've cornered a few areas out at MS in the Managed Services realm, you're only an asset while working in the role you're in, once that goes, so do you. Don't expect much help on a new assignment since their client base is solely MS at the moment. The owner is tight on the pocket book and tends to keep segregated from contractors, so don't plan on seeing or hearing from him or her unless they're wanting to bring you on for a bit. Sr. Recruiter same thing, kind of crazy.

Great people, smart and reliable co workers . Their attention to detail and welcoming me to the company with extreme enthusiasm made me feel like I could stick with the job for a long time.

Cons

Use and dump mentality of all managed services company. This MS vendor is like all the rest. Corporate mentality without the stability
