Pros

The members are nice and genuinely appreciative of all it takes to create a memorable experience.

Cons

I’ve never encountered an executive team that is so universally distrusted and disliked. Intelligent, capable people avoid raising concerns or questioning decisions out of fear that they would become a target. There was a constant parade of new leadership brought in to “fix everything,” but not given the autonomy to do so. Most of those individuals are no longer at Bluejack. Many individuals are fearful of taking issues to HR, and rightfully so, because that simple act will be treated as a mark against them. This includes serious workplace concerns like female subordinates feeling uncomfortable around male superiors. They regularly preach about the Bluejack culture, but the only culture I noticed was one of fear. Throughout my career I’ve learned that groups who continuously bear their chest about culture typically have the most toxic environments. If you’re considering a position here, I would ask what the average employee tenure is and try to understand why that number is so low. People are either forced out, or they realize that working there is not worth the immaturity, favoritism and ineffective leadership. There are too many problems to list, but they all have one thing in common; they start from the top.
