Working under the mentorship of industry experts and getting a chance to interact with many inspirational people under the same roof is something extraordinary.       Pros

      The working style of the company is such that they recognize your potential from the very start. As a result of this I was given many responsibilities which helped me give my career a new outlook. They understand that not everyone has the same working style and with that understanding they help the employee to find new ways of doing the tasks.
