Leadership dysfunction and overstated product capabilities hinder success

Product is fine for basic email and segmentation (emails are sent through Bird and Mailgun) Chief AI Officer is brilliant

Cons

Product is wildly overstated and not a true CDP Executive leadership team is dysfunctional and the CEO has no business running a company CEO has been caught lying to customers about the product's capabilities which has led to an anemic pipeline as the word is out that Blueshift's technology is dated and overstated Not a performance culture but instead one where mediocracy is embraced and the state of the company is in limbo Company was on the block for years seeking a lifeline as their current investors are fed up and refused to invest any further capital before BlueConic acquired them for a song a couple of weeks ago (which they will regret) Messaging is confusing and complicated

Lots of support in terms of travel arrangements and lesson content.

Cons

I feel that sometimes things could be somewhat more organised when arriving at a site one hasn't been to before. Despite this, I feel that the company supports staff adequately if things go wrong.
