Pros
Tight knit team. Remote work. Fun work environment. Interesting web development projects. Great clients with whom we've built long relationships. Strong design and development teams. Organizational structure allows team members to define their own role in a sense, take initiative and run with it. Overall great company culture and an enjoyable place to work.
Cons
While I enjoy working remotely, I do with I got to see my colleagues more often since I truly enjoy their company.

Pros
Great environment both in technical and personal aspects. It's a great family and It's great to work in. Good salary and very flexible time slots. It's a remote and distribuite company so I can work from everywhere in the world. It's a multilingual and international company and it allows to get in touch with different cultures.
Cons
It's distributed and international company so it's hard to get all together physically.
