      - Team of young professionals make for a fun, engaging, and relaxed office environment. Beautiful new office in DC. - Management is now understanding of the value of remote/hybrid work; very flexible - Diverse set of clients make each project feel new and challenging - Retention of staff indicates strong opportunity for growth - Mentorship! There is a lot of institutional knowledge at Bluetext and everyone is always ready to helo each other.

      - As with any agency, project cycles can overlap and create periods of really intense working hours. (This is why sense of camaraderie at Bluetext is so important). - Low starting salaries
