      Cons

      Executive team only cares about numbers, not the people and what it takes to grow a business. During the interview process, they were not truthful about the role and the expectations.

      Pros

      great support from management and the team, dynamic, growing business model, revenue focused, everyone is focused on making Bluewave better and building a great work culture. Bluewave is a good place to work.

      Cons

      as a company of acquired companies, at times, it can be overwhelming trying to fit in for acquired employees and organically hired employees, since we primarily work remotely. I see the effort to remedy that every day.
