The individual people are great

Cons

Weak inter team integration. Nobody really knows how the product as a whole works or should work. Weak company culture continuously leading to failure or teams hiding failures due to fear of looking bad in front of management. No consistent road map. Tasks constantly changing leading to a total mess.
