Four day work week gives time for parents to spend with kids, adequate training period, fast paced environment

Cons

management does not seem to know where jobs are half the time, jobs come out of customer service/ordering late so production is scrambling to meet deadlines

Lot of mistakes made, late shipments, most dishonest owner Andrew Franks, When he open his mouth he is not telling the truth. work very hadr for this company and lay me off to hire new employess, have proof of that. Andrew always thinks about money.
