Work Autonomy. Good quality of work backed by academic research. Ease of access to upper management.Self driving environment.Good pay.
Cons
Lack of transparency. Hierarchical setup. Top management not very appreciative of fallacies associated with any research project's success rates. Employee benefits at a bare minimum.
