Pros

I wish I had something good to say.

Cons

D (the broker) pays for his agents to write the company reviews. He nags his to like his articles on social media. He threatens his agents ( he literally told me he would end my life) Also, he sends you a legal letter once you leave . Do not sign his contract don't think about it, I am warning you! It'll be the worst decision of your life.

Pros

Good listings Nice office CFO and COO are amazing resources and great people

Cons

Outdated database and servers CEO is belittling, bad at communicating, refuses to be held accountable for his mistakes/ words. Honestly probably the main reason the company can't grow, he's a micromanager and will insult you, your family, and anything you love to do that isn't making him money They paid us to write good reviews about the company which seems illegal

Pros

I worked for Boardwalk in College, and overall, I am glad I did. They have a good training program and help you learn the ins and the outs of the business. They have some really good tools at their disposal, including a massive apartment database covering all of greater Boston and tons of lead generation via their websites, trulia, zillow, etc. If you are a hardworking, enterprising individual you will thrive here. Since it is comission based, there is no fixed schedule, but you still need to put in the work to close deals. The beauty of real estate is that the ceiling is as high as you want to take it. I know guys at Boardwalk who started out doing rentals and are now making six figures a year on sales. It's all about how dedicated you are.

Cons

Direct bosses are fine but upper management can be brutal. They will not hesitate in threatening to fire you, especially if you are new. I've been yelled at plenty of times for no apparent reason. Don't work here if you don't have thick skin. It's a pain not being able to use the database and ad-maker outside of the office. The incentives to generate new business are also pretty stingy compared to other companies. Not a very comprehensive sales team or program either, as they mainly focus on rentals.
