Met alot of great people working for this company.

Cons

No job description. This led to being overwhelmed, frustrated and stressed. Also, hourly shouldnt train salaried employees, pay scale not balanced.

The pay rate for positions is very low. They don't like to promote from with in , especially if you are good at your current position. Which should be opposite but they don't want to mess up the balance so they would rather hire a new person. Promotion from within is very rare. The insurance plan is very expensive with low coverage. Also, negotiate a good salary from the start because they do not give raises
