Boast is a good company. I would recommend someone to work here. My manager and team lead were good. People were all very nice. Decent compensation. Good work life balance, remote work. Reward results with freedom. If performing well no micromanagement. Good environment and culture. Team gets together in person throughout the year to connect which is nice.
