Good Sales team managers and great coworkers. The business has been honest and genuine. With a "by volume" payment scheme that keeps professionals honest and hungry. Allows for individual effort to shine and foster growth.
Cons
Recent ownership has changed and they are not aware of what made the building functional. They have continued to fire/lay-off "non-essential" staff (some with 10< years on the job and no lack of performance); Opting to allocate their duties to others with no change in pay. Deducting pay (~%30 from sales) from many sectors in order to save money. There wasn't any visible form of understanding/nor protection from middle management and thus I have witnessed an exodus in each section/ranking of the business. Given the nature of the changes I am expecting the current owners to sell the dealership off - Plenty of rehabilitation has been done to improve the condition of the building; All while viciously cutting costs through employees wages, and the disappearance of previous amenities.
