Flexible Schedule when you have things that pop up. They are inclusive. Mostly AA that work at the stores.
Cons
Their pay plans are bad at all their stores. Only one store is truly busy, so if you are going to have a chance to make any money it will be with that store. But the backstabbing there is real. You can sell 20 cars and have to split 10 deals because someone else spoke to them for five minutes. If you enjoy micromanagement and backstabbing, then this is the place for you. There are people in upper management don't care as long as they get theirs. Results matter at the expense of egos, morals and fidelity in some cases. If you have ever worked in the car business before, trust me when I say this is NOT where you want to be. Move along to one of the other LARGER automotive groups. You'll thank me later.
